osCommerce. How to fix missing layout elements issue (right after installation)

This tutorial is going to show you how to fix missing layout elements issue (right after installation).

osCommerce 2.3 templates have some issues with the installation on certain servers. Some elements (banners or blocks) are missing right after installation:

Follow the steps below to fix this issue:

1. Log into your osCommerce admin panel.

2. Navigate to the Modules -> Boxes or Tools -> Banner Manager tab:

   

3. Select one of the options available. Click on Edit tab and log out from that option. Do not save it, just click Cancel button.
