I experienced an issue with the resolution of a recent problem that emerged due to an accidental purchase I made. I tried to contact customer service for help, but only got the message that the template description is clear, so they are not willing to help. Quite weak customer service and no efforts to resolve this misunderstanding. My intentions were clear, and the error was purely unintentional. They could just propose me to change the product with extra payment, but they just don't care. The lack of assistance in this dispute about my mistaken purchase is quite disconcerting and not what I expected from this creator. So no surprise, I can't recommend this creator and will not buy from them in the future for my projects.
